Registered dietitians are regulated healthcare providers who have a scientific nutrition degree and clinical experience. RDs combine their scientific knowledge with their love of food to guide you in reaching your nutrition goals.

When working with the RDs at The Balanced Practice, you can expect to feel seen, heard and valued. We are here to support you through whatever food struggles you are facing and help you meet your goals. We take an anti-diet and weight-inclusive approach to all our treatment plans, which means that we do not use weight as a measure of success and see YOU as the human that you are, and not just the body you live in. Our approach combines nutrition science and human psychology to empower you to reach your goals.
